PIP® EZ-Cool™ Phase Change Cooling Safety Vest maintains a comfortable 65° F temperature for up to 3 hours. The semi-solid thermal energy storage material (PCM) is designed to absorb heat generated by the wearer. A great solution for working in high humidity areas and for use under other PPE garments where evaporative products are less effective. It has a V-neck with zipper closure and contoured design for a better fit while active. It is adjustable at shoulders and torso with hook and loop for a snug and less bulky fit.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, you will get a lower shipping rate if you ship to a business rather than a residential address.

SHIPPING LOGISTICS

Ground shipments generally ship the next business day after your purchase and arrive within three to five business days, depending on your location. Most of our vendors have multiple distribution centers, and we will always ship from the closest location.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please click the 'Return' link on the order in your account. Alternatively, you can send us an RMA Request (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will respond via email with an RMA number and the return shipping address within 2 business days.

Please do not send returns to the PalmFlex office. Items ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore returns must go back to their warehouse (address will be provided).

Disposable products must be unopened and in resalable condition to qualify for returns. Example: For disposable gloves, the dispenser box perforation must remain intact.
