Coronavirus Update: During these unprecedented times, we are working hard to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. If we are informed by our vendors that an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you directly and offer a possible replacement. At this time, we are unable to confirm estimated delivery times or shipment dates. As always, we will do our best to meet your needs and keep you as informed on your order as we can. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 within the continental USA. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, you will get a lower shipping rate if you ship to a business rather than a residential address.

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

We ship UPS and USPS directly from the manufacturer. Ground shipments generally ship the next business day after your purchase and arrive within three to five business days, depending on your location. We also offer 2-Day and 3-Day expedited shipping. Most of our vendors have multiple distribution centers, and we will always ship from the closest location. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately. For this reason you could receive more than one order and shipment notification.

Additional Information:

  • During the busy season (November - February), please allow a couple extra days to process and ship your order.
  • For items on backorder, we will make every attempt to notify you within 1- 2 business days, at which time we will recommend an alternative option along with the backorder due date.
  • The carrier chosen for free shipping orders is at our discretion. 
  • All shipments to Post Office boxes will go through USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For shipments outside of the United States, please email your request to info@palmflex.com. We typically accept wire transfers as the only form of payment, and we can ship to a freight forwarder of your choice within the U.S.
