Can I make a change to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to apply the changes before your order is processed. If your order has already been processed, you can submit a return and reorder with your desired changes.


How can I get a copy of my order?

You can get a copy of your order anytime by going to the Orders page under “My Account”, then clicking on “Print order” to print your order or download it as a PDF. If you checked out anonymously, please send us your request and order details in the Contact Us form and we will reply within one business day.


What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we will be happy to resend it.


What if the product delivered to me wasn’t what I ordered?

This is a rare occurrence, but occasionally mistakes do happen. Please email us at info@palmflex.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a return shipping label to send back the incorrect product and have the correct product shipped to you as quickly as possible.


Is there an easy way to reorder?

You can reorder anytime by going to the Orders page under “My Account”. Click on “Reorder” to add items to your cart.


When will my order be delivered?

Orders generally ship 1-2 business days after your purchase and arrive within 3-5 business days*, depending on your location. Most of our vendors have multiple distribution centers, and we will always ship from the closest location. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately. For this reason, you could receive more than one order and shipment notification.

*During the busy season (November - February), please allow a few extra days to process and ship your order.


How much will it cost to ship my order?

All orders over $80 include free shipping, excluding orders to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders under $80, you will get a better rate if you ship to a business address rather than a residential address. You can click the 'Calculate' link on the shopping cart page to calculate an estimated shipping cost.


What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer UPS Ground shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. At this time, expedited shipping is available if you can provide us with your own UPS account number. Please allow an additional business day for us to process your order prior to shipping.


Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.


Is there a minimum order requirement?

In order to offer the most competitive prices in the market, some products require a minimum quantity purchase. We strive to give customers the best possible value storewide while also keeping the minimums low.


Can I purchase gloves by the pair instead of by the dozen?

Some gloves are sold by the pair. However, gloves that are sold by the dozen cannot be sold in smaller quantities. Likewise, disposable gloves sold by the case cannot be sold by the box. The product quantity displayed (Pair, Dozen, Case, etc.) cannot be changed.


Can I request a free sample?

We offer free samples on our disposable gloves and shoe covers. Click the 'Request a Free Sample' link on the relevant product page to submit your request.


Can you add custom logos?

We can add custom logos for select work jackets on orders over $1000. Contact us to place your request.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, purchase orders from approved businesses, and wire transfers. You can apply here for purchase order approval, or if you would like to conduct a wire transfer, please contact us.


Can I order with purchase orders?

We welcome purchase orders from businesses upon approval. Simply fill out our credit application and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. For more information, see our Credit Application page.


Can I request a bulk quote?

Yes! You can visit our Bulk Quote Request page or click the 'Request a Bulk Quote' link on the relevant product page. Minimum quantity of 100 to qualify. Example: If the product is sold by the dozen, then the bulk quote minimum is 100 dozen. 


What if I can't complete payment at checkout?

If you're having trouble completing your order on the checkout page, please double check that your credit card information and billing address are 100% accurate, and that the billing address is the same as the one on your credit card statement. If the problem still persists, please contact us and we will help complete the order for you.

How secure is your site?

  • Our website is kept on a dedicated server at X-Cart, one of the largest and most secure hosting companies in the world.
  • Our server and website administration is protected by firewalls so only computers who are given highly restricted permission by PalmFlex management, can access our data.
  • Our server is protected by sophisticated anti-virus and anti-malware software, and is tested daily by McAfee SECURE with an intensive security scan for malware, malicious Javascript, spam, suspicious redirections and malicious iFrames.
  • Every page on our web site is verified secure (that’s what the https in our URL on your browser means) by a Comodo Extended Validation SSL certificate. This offers the highest levels of authentication with cryptography.
  • Our shopping cart administration backend is protected by a triple layer of authentication levels (password protection) to log in.
  • Our payment processing module is kept separate from our administration and website modules with its own login and password requirements for a higher level of security.
  • We do not rent, sell or share your private data with anyone, and use it only to fulfill our orders.
  • Our website is PCI DSS compliant, which ensures that your credit card information has the highest levels of protection. In fact we don’t even see your credit card information and it is not stored in our database. It is transferred in highly encrypted form to our merchant processor, which authorizes the transaction.
  • The PCI Data Security Standard is a multifaceted security standard that includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures.
