Return Policy

Please do not send returns to the PalmFlex office. Items ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore returns must go back to their warehouse (address will be provided). Thank you! 

Disposable products must be unopened and in resalable condition to qualify for returns. Example: For disposable gloves, the dispenser box perforation must remain intact.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please click the 'Return' link on the order in your account. Alternatively, you can send us an RMA Request (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will respond via email with an RMA number and the return shipping address within 2 business days.

To help expedite your refund, please email us at info@palmflex.com or call us at 1(800)-856-4817 with your tracking number once your return is in transit.

Return Terms and Conditions:

You can return products within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • We accept returns with an RMA, which we will provide.
  • All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We accept products that are returned complete, in new, unused, and resalable condition. For example, gloves sold by the dozen are only eligible for return if all 12 pairs are returned in resalable condition. We regret that we cannot accept disposable products if the case is damaged or discarded.
  • We do not consider products that are subject to normal wear and tear as defective, unless there is a manufacturing error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was sent.
  • We will refund your return to the original method of payment.
  • We do not offer exchanges on our website. If you would like to order another item after your return is complete, simply place a new order online. Our team would be happy to help you select a new item if you need assistance.
