Customer Service, Email contact and Shipping time were all excellent! On a product note I would suggest a larger neck band. Although adjustable, only the largest expansion would work for me and I am not a large individual, 5'7" / 175lbs. Overall a great, well made product and an excellent online shopping experience. Product just needs a little R&D tweaking.
Every imitation glove falls to pieces and never comes close to what you guys make, so keep makin em! If I ware out a pair, I pullem off and finish the job-thanking you for my hands being as kindly treated as they have been; protected from everything and anything. These gloves gave me great protection from the cold, and a great grip on the products (no drops-no mops). They lasted much longer than any other glove I had tried and fit like a...you know. Other workmates kept buying gloves from me. Now that I'm gone I still get calls from these former workmates wanting more gloves. I sent them your URL and told them buy them by the dozen. You should market these to grocery workers. Thanks for a great product!
