Most orders ship from our Naperville, IL distribution center within 1 business day of placing your order. If you order Tuesday, your order will ship on Wednesday. Most shipments leave our Midwest facility via UPS Ground, though we sometimes utilize other carriers to provide the best service and value.
To estimate when you'll receive your order, locate your shipping destination on the UPS Days In Transit Map below. Remember if you order on Tuesday and you are in a two day transit zone, you'll receive your order on Friday.
Some of our products ship directly from our supplier. Our suppliers have multiple distribution centers strategically located to get your products into you hands quickly.
As a general rule, you should allow 2 to 7 days to receive your product.
