To activate place in freezer, refrigerator, or cooler with ice set at 58ºF
Set time of 45 minutes to ensure packs are frozen solid throughout

Please do not send returns to the PalmFlex office. Items ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore returns must go back to their warehouse (address will be provided).

Disposable products must be unopened and in resalable condition to qualify for returns. Example: For disposable gloves, the dispenser box perforation must remain intact.
