Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you want to return your purchase for any reason, please send us an RMA request. (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will respond via email with an RMA number and the return shipping address. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your RMA.

We accept products that are returned in complete original quantities and in new, unused, and resalable condition. For example, gloves sold by the dozen are only eligible for return if all 12 pairs are returned in resalable condition.

Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you may order your replacement product at your convenience. By request we will provide a coupon code for free shipping on your exchange if placed online within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

To expedite the refund process, please provide tracking information with your return.

How to Request an RMA

If you have a palmflex.com user account:

  1. Sign into your account by clicking the “Sign in” link on the top right hand side of any page on our website.
  2. Click on the “Transactions” tab.
  3. Open your order.
  4. Above the PalmFlex logo under “Order details” click on the link “Create return”. Note, this link will not display if the order is over 30 days old.”
  5. Fill out the information and send it to us.
  6. We will respond with an RMA within 5-7 business days.

If you checked out anonymously, please fill out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.

Return Terms and Conditions:

You can return products within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • We accept returns with an RMA, which we will provide.
  • We accept products that are returned complete, in new, unused, and resalable condition. We regret that we cannot accept disposable products if the case is damaged or discarded.
  • We do not consider products that are subject to normal wear and tear as defective, unless there is a manufacturing error. You can return or exchange defective items within 10 days of receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we sent the incorrect item. We will ship your replacement for free.
  • We will refund your return to the original method of payment.
  • All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
