SHIPPING LOGISTICS

Ground shipments generally ship the next business day after your purchase and arrive within three to five business days, depending on your location. Most of our vendors have multiple distribution centers, and we will always ship from the closest location.

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please click the 'Return' link on the order in your account. Alternatively, you can send us an RMA Request (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will respond via email with an RMA number and the return shipping address within 2 business days.

Please do not send returns to the PalmFlex office. Items ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore returns must go back to their warehouse (address will be provided).

Disposable products must be unopened and in resalable condition to qualify for returns. Example: For disposable gloves, the dispenser box perforation must remain intact.
