Tracking and Shipping Information:

Orders ship in approximately 1-3 business days.
Transit time is generally 3-5 business days depending on your
location. FREE shipping is sent via US Mail,
and tracking information is not provided by the US Postal Service. A
"delivery" number is given, but no detailed tracking info. If you have not
received your free shipping order after 14 days, please contact us at that time,
and we will begin a trace on your shipment.

Expedited Shipping
is available for orders over $100, and must be arranged by calling
our business office at: 800-856-4817. Expedited shipping is not
available on Shoe Cover Orders.

For all other orders, we use UPS or FedEx,
depending on the product.

Please
allow at least 2-3 business days to receive a tracking number. You
will receive tracking information directly from UPS after the
package has been scanned and is in transit. Tracking information is
not available on orders that ship directly from the manufacturer, or
that ship through US Priority Mail. If you do not receive your order
after 7 business days, please contact us at that time.
