Returns and Exchanges

to receive an RMA number and correct address where to send the gloves. We will
exchange your gloves for free! If for some reason you are dissatisfied
with your order, please refer to the following instructions:
· You may return or exchange
the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new,
unused, and resalable condition. Defective items may be returned for refund
or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
· Products properly returned according
to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the
original method of payment. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's
expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and
processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not
including shipping and handling), less any applicable restocking fees.
· A 20% restocking fee may
apply to large quantity orders. Please keep in mind that credit card companies
vary in the time they take to post credits.
