Author: Nod Customer Service, Email contact and Shipping time were all excellent! On a product note I would suggest a larger neck band. Although adjustable, only the largest expansion would work for me and I am not a large individual, 5'7" / 175lbs. Overall a great, well made product and an excellent online shopping experience. Product just needs a little R&D tweaking.
