Customer Service, Email contact and Shipping time were all excellent! On a product note I would suggest a larger neck band. Although adjustable, only the largest expansion would work for me and I am not a large individual, 5'7" / 175lbs. Overall a great, well made product and an excellent online shopping experience. Product just needs a little R&D tweaking.
Here it is simply put, if you want the best shoe/boot cover out there don't hesitate to purchase the SafeTrack High Traction Waterproof Shoe & Boot Covers. I personally have purchased and tried them all but these are the best and their cheaper than others too! You wont be dissatisfied. These shoe covers are safer too, they provide a grip surface under your foot. The ones I was buying before from another company were plastic like a garbage bag and walking down carpet stairs or the like was dangerous! Also its not uncommon for me to use the same pair multiple times, they are constructed very well and last a long time. Others claim to be water proof and they are if you don't walk with them on. As soon as they rip or tear say goodbye to waterproof. The Safetrack shoe and boot covers hold up very well in and on construction sites.
