Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we
want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon
arrival. If you find that you ordered the wrong
size, please print and fill out this Adobe PDF
Returns and Exchanges Form, and we will
exchange your size for free!* If for some reason
you are dissatisfied with your order, please refer to the following
instructions:

You may return or exchange the product within 30
days of receipt as long as the product is
returned in new, unused, and resalable
condition. Defective items
may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
We will only accept items for return or
exchange that are unused, with tags attached.

Products properly returned according to these
guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form
of a credit to the original method of payment.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's
expense. Returns will be inspected prior to
issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of
the return, we will credit you for the total
purchase price (not including shipping and
handling), less any applicable restocking fees.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to large
quantity orders,

Please keep in mind that credit card companies
vary in the time they take to post credits.

All returns
and exchanges must be processed with the
Returns and Exchanges
Form. Please print this form, fill it out completely, make
a copy for your records, and include the original in
your return or exchange. This is the same
form included on your packing slip. You only need to fill out and
return one
form with your return or exchange.

*We offer free exchanges on
quantities of pairs, 3 packs, 6 packs, and
dozens only. This offer is not valid on disposable gloves,
shoe covers or "Free Shipping" items.
A $8 fee is charged for the exchange of
disposable gloves, shoe covers, and "Free
Shipping" items. If a $8 check is not enclosed
with the return of these products your credit
card on file will be charged for the amount.
