Customer Service, Email contact and Shipping time were all excellent! On a product note I would suggest a larger neck band. Although adjustable, only the largest expansion would work for me and I am not a large individual, 5'7" / 175lbs. Overall a great, well made product and an excellent online shopping experience. Product just needs a little R&D tweaking.

Author: Mike Just got my gloves today and haven't used them on an actual run yet but they fit and feel good on right out of the package. I did feel a pulse with them on and have very good motion with them too. A fellow fireman has a pair and he recomemnded them to me. Much easier to use extrication tools with these then standard fire fighting gloves.

Had the last pair two years and there great. Now just time to replace them and I can give the old pair to another team. The best for the price anywhere
